Fees & Insurance

 

Thrive Therapy is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. Full payment is due at the time of each appointment.

 

Clients may receive a monthly statement containing information they can submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by the client’s individual plan and is not guaranteed.

Before treatment, consider asking your insurer:

• Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental-health benefits?

• Is there an out-of-network deductible?

• What percentage or amount is reimbursed after the deductible?

• Is preauthorization required?

• How should I submit an out-of-network claim?

Current fees:

​

• Complimentary consultation: $0

• Initial 90-minute assessment: $450

• Ongoing 60-minute session: $300

• Parent consultation: $300

 

Additional policies concerning cancellations, payment methods, documentation, and other services will be provided before treatment begins.
