Who We Help

Evidence-informed psychological care for children, adolescents, and young adults, with thoughtful parent and family involvement when appropriate.

01

Anxiety and related concerns

Support for young people experiencing persistent worry, perfectionism, panic, avoidance, social anxiety, difficulty with uncertainty, or anxiety that is interfering with school, relationships, sleep, or daily life.

02

Eating disorders and restrictive eating

Specialized treatment for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, ARFID, body-image concerns, and patterns of eating that are creating medical, emotional, or family concern.

03

Parent consultation and coaching

Practical guidance for parents who want to respond more effectively to anxiety, food-related distress, avoidance, or difficult family interactions. Parent consultation may be incorporated into a child’s treatment or offered separately when appropriate.

Not sure which category fits? You do not need to determine that on your own. A complimentary consultation can help clarify the next step.
